I have been using the cleaning company for over 5 months, where I have a lovely cleaner who is reliable and does a great job on our flat. I'm really happy with the service that's been provided and happy to recommend.

A beautiful pair who provide excellent home cleaning. I'm disabled and when they come to clean I feel much happier about our house. More than that they make me smile. Excellent people and cleaners.

5 carats did a really excellent professional job on my living room, hallway, bedroom and stairways. The cream carpets were very grubby and came up like absolute new. I was delighted with their work, they were exceptional value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I would use them again with no hesitation

5Carats Cleaning Solutions have cleaned our office carpets and made a superb job. This is the second occasion we have used this company and we have found them to be very thorough and professional, and the standard of cleaning is excellent. We would definitely use them again in the future.

I called them out to look at my lounge wool carpet which had had a bad water spillage caused by a flower vase topping over while I was out-the water did stain the carpet quite badly-they unfortunately couldn't remove the stain-but they were so honest about it-they gave up their time to come and look at the job and whilst some would have taken it on and probably not removed it but charged us for the job this was not the case-it makes such a change not to be ripped off and to have people with honesty and integrity. If I do need any carpets cleaning in the future I would definitely call in these again

Yesterday was our second weekly clean and the house shone aftwards. They are a really lovely couple who really know how to clean. Very professional too. As a disabled person I have employed cleaners before, but the cleaning has never been to Art and Leon's standards. Hire them!

These guys really did a very professional general cleaning. The team was well organised and fast. Excellent job, very good communication, reasonable price! I will for sure use them again!

Special thanks to Arthur and sweet Lana for doing a firstclass cleaning job on our four bedroom house yesterday. They were fantastic workers,thoroughly professional and very pleasant. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and they worked full on for all the 4 hours they were with us!thank you so much sweet Lana and Arthur.

I rang for a quote for 3 jobs (double oven clean, carpet clean and 2 x sofa's clean). The prices on the flyer/website were already discounted and good value but I was given further discount due to having 3 jobs. I was very happy with the price and hoped the job would be of quality. I needn't have worried. Two men came and worked very hard and professionally. I was thrilled with all aspects. They arrived at the pre arranged time, quietly got on with the job (no drinks required!) and were very thorough. I will definitely recommend 5Carats to friends and family. Thank you.
